We need your personal information for the contract as well as name and detail of drivers.
Please not that the motor homes goes from Fridays or Saturdays from Mölndal (Göteborg) and Jönköping. If you need other days please contact us and we will try to find a solution.
Specify the category of motor home and how many people you are, and if you are adults with children ( and their ages) or just adults. Some mobile homes do not allow more than 4-5 passengers and we will assign the motor home within each category that is the most suitable for your group.
In terms of equipment please let us know which extras you want to book. We need the final booking of extras at least two weeks before you pick up the motor home.
Daylight Motorhome Centre will send you several booking and payment confirmations. As soon as we see the payments on our bank account we will send you confirmation of receipt. We are grateful if you could send us a line when the payment is done.
Payment of the booking fee amounting to 2500 SEK is due 1 week after confirmation, 30% pre-payment of rental amount ( 6 weeks before pick-up) and final payment can be made 1 week before pick-up or by internet banking on site at pick-up. We do not have card-machine. The transfer is is made to Daylight Motorhome bank account.
The booking fee is converted into a deposit when the motor home is picked up. The deposit is returned to the client when the motor home is returned in good and tidy condition.
The deposit is paid back to the client in the following way a) in Euro/ cash - b) into the customer's account the first business day after the return of the motor home . Daylight Husbilscenter will issue a signed reciept of the payment to customer before leaving Daylight Motorhome premises. The amount we pay back is equivlent to the Euro value of the day we recieved the payment.
If the booking is canceled earlier than 3 months prior to rental date, we will refund 1500 SEK of the booking fee.. If the booking is canceled later than 3 months prior to the rental/ pick-up date Daylight Husbilscenter will not refund the booking fee .
At the time of the 30 % pre-payment ( 6 weeks prior to pick up) the customer is offered to subscribe for cancellation insurance amounting to 300 SEK per booking. If this is paid you can cancell up until 1 week before date of pick-up. If you cancel later we will ask for a certificate from a reliable source stating the valid reason for late cancellation ( injury, illness or other likewise serious situations). If you have booked and paid for your cancellation insurance we will refund the pre-payment of 30% .If you do not have a cancellation insurance the 30% pre-payment will not be refunded. Cancellation protection does not apply to the booking fee.
We will send you reminder of payment with a due date stated. Booking will be canceled if final payment has not reached Daylight Husbilscenter on the due date. The lack of payment will be considered a cancellation and the rules of cancellation will apply.

Pressure washers should not be used - the pressure can damage the car..
Cleaning in Mölndal
In Mölndal there is less possbility for the client to clean the motor home at return on our premises . If the customer wants to clean , this should preferably be done before they return the motor home.
The vehicles can be driven in the Nordic countries. There is surcharge for travelling to other Nordic countries of 400 SEK per rental. For any other country a special agreement has to be made. you can park your car with us indoors. The premises are looked and gated.
In Mölndal- we can offer parking outside our office free of charge. However there is only space for 1 vehicles at a time. We can also arrange parking outside the Bifrost Church in Mölndal- Lantbrukdsgatan 2. You pay the church a small fee. However, we do not take responsbiity for any damages to your car during the parking. The parking plot is unattended during night.
Most of our Motor Homes operate on fixed days. We try to offer flexibility to accomodate for clients flying into Sweden.

The camper must be returned with the same amount of diesel in the tank.
Smoking is under no circumstances allowed in the camper. We will charge a sanitation fee of 5000 SEK in the case of smoking
Pets are not allowed in most of the Motor Home, unless otherwise agreed. Please let me know if you want to travel with your dog.
Before travelling to Norway we ask our clients to registrer for an autopass - to pay for the Norwegain road tolls. You can register when you pick up the motor home with our computers. If you do not have the autopass when travelling to Norway we will take a deposit of 500 SEK covering the invoices we receive from the Norwegian toll authorities. We will charge you for the toll costs plus 100 SEK administration fee.
If any damage to the vehicle occurs during the rental period that needs to be repaired, the renter should contact the owner (Daylight Husbilscenter AB) for the approval of the planned repairs. We will only refund any cost of the repairs if the damage has been caused by defects (including previous repairs) that falls under our responsability.
If the renter has caused the damage, we will not pay out compensation for costs incurred by the repair.
If you are late in returning the motor home your deposit will be given to the next costumer as compensation for the delay. If the vehicle is more than 4 hours delayed we will charge you with an additional rental week (this is especially valid during high season-June- August) . If we have to pick up the vehicle outside our place of return, the client will be charged a fee to cover related costs.
The renter is responsible for any economic sanctions (fines) caused by traffic or parking infringements.
If the renter neglects to pay fines or other related fees on time and we are forced to pay them, we have the right to claim back not only the actual cost of the fines but also a administration fee amounting to 150 SEK for each infringement.
The Motor homes are fully insured with a car rental insurance. The renter will be charged 5000 SEK excess fee in the case of an accident. Please see extra services for information on excess elimination that can be purchased to avoid having to pay the 5000 SEK
When the contract is signed at pick-up, you sign that you have read out terms and conditions.
